U-CAN Referral Form
Inclusion criteria;
- Currently registered as a student at LJMU or UoL
- Continuous low mood, anxiety or both
- Feeling like day to day life and activities are a struggle
- Unsure how to improve mood or levels of anxiety
- Struggling with levels of motivation
- Happy to engage in a group therapy
- Commitment to attend for 6-8 week period
Exclusion criteria;
- Presenting with symptoms of mental illness such as psychosis
- Already engaged with a secondary mental health service
- Currently attending another therapy group or individual
- Drug or alcohol use is the primary problem
